A chair yoga practice can help with strength and flexibility, without the effort of mat work. Traditional yoga poses are modified to be done comfortably in a chair.
A key to all yoga movement and awareness is in our breath. In chair yoga we work on deep, relaxing, balanced breathing, as we move through our asanas, or traditional yoga poses.
